The Office of Leadership Gifts seeks to fill an important staff position working as part of the campus-based fundraising teams focusing its efforts in California, the Rocky Mountains, the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. The individual will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting approximately 200-250 individuals as well as involving alumni(ae) volunteers in the fundraising process.
Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with University officers, administrators and members of the faculty. Extensive travel is required. Qualifications include, preferably, three years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree. Candidates will be appointed to the Assistant or Associate Director level based on experience.
