Organized, energetic, team player sought to provide all aspects of administrative support for the Executive Director of a large downtown Boston social service agency. Duties include answering multiple phone lines, generating correspondence and memos, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, interfacing with members of the senior management team, and making some travel arrangements. BA or 3 years of relevant experience, MS Office skills, and good writing and communication ability required.
