Resp. include marketing & developing prospects, analyzing, underwriting, negotiating, closing and servicing loans & other financial transactions. Markets include consumer cooperatives, worker coops, & nonprof commty development orgs. BS degree req. 5+ yrs exp as a cmty dev. bankeror comparable community development finance arena. Basic knowledge of cmty based health initiatives and charter schools helpful. 40% national travel required.
