The Institute for OneWorld Health is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support our CEO in creating an innovative world health paradigm. IOWH is the world's first non-profit pharmaceutical company, and we are focused on developing pharmaceuticals used to treat infectious diseases of the developing world. Our CEO needs consistent support in her daily activities, such as arranging complex travel itineraries, organizing international meetings, maintaining her calendar, overseeing new programs and partnerships, fund raising, and managing operations. The candidate must manage sensitive communications with the board of directors, funders, global health experts, scientists, and the media. This is a demanding, intense, high profile position requiring an experienced EA who can manage varied, complex projects gracefully and confidentially.
