Who We Are:

PNNOnline delivers news, information, and resources to all segments of the nonprofit world in order to help them better achieve their goals.  PNNOnline’s constituents work in or are involved in other ways with the  United States nonprofit sector, which is comprised of organizations that  make up 6% of all organizations in our country and spend $500 billion to  carry out their programs.

No other online resource matches the depth and breadth of PNNOnline. Each month, approximately 75,000 unique users visit the site to find out what is  happening in the philanthropic world. New content is featured each day,  along with a well-regarded and highly active jobs postings service.

In addition to reporting news, PNNOnline has a reputation for delivering  original content, whether from prominent experts in the nonprofit field, or  from its own staff.

PNNOnline is used as an ongoing consultant to major news agencies when they report on the nonprofit sector, especially in the area of fundraising. ABC  News, CNN, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune,  and various Knight Ridder papers, frequently call on PNNOnline staff for  advice, direction, and comments regarding nonprofit issues.

Advertising Opportunities

  • Sponsorship Partners
    PNNOnline prominently features those companies and organizations who join PNNOnline as Sponsorship Partners – bringing an expertise and depth of knowledge to the nonprofit sector that complements PNNOnline’s own.  Sponsorship Partners will receive not only traditional advertising opportunities, but will be asked to contribute content to the site in their areas of expertise and advise PNNOnline’s leadership on the editorial direction of the site itself, so that all segments of the nonprofit sector can be best served.   Sponsorships begin at $1000 per month.  For more information, contact advertising@pnnonline.org.
  • PNNOnline Alert
    Twice each week, PNNOnline’s e-mail subscribers receive the PNNOnline Alert, a newsletter which delivers the web site’s news in an easy-to-read news brief format.  And once each week, a separate list of over 5,000 subscribers receives the PNNOnline Jobs Alert, which links to the most recent jobs postings on the site.
  • PNNOnline Alert Rates
    There are a maximum of four ads in each issue of the Alert.  Each ad is text-based, with a six-line, sixty-word maximum length, including hyperlinks to the advertiser’s web site.  First position is $170 per insertion; second position is $145 per insertion; and third and fourth positions are $120 per insertion.  There are discounts for nonprofits, as well as multiple insertion discounts on third and fourth position ads.  Rates are non-commissionable.   • PNNOnline’s Job Service
    PNNOnline operates one of the lowest-cost, highest-return employment services in the nation.  For a set-up fee of $25 per job, employers can post job opportunities for a maximum of six months. For more information, contact advertising@pnnonline.org.
